Our client, world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, is currently seeking to recruit a temporary Vendor CoordinatorAdministrator to be based in their office in Dubai.
This is a Contract Staffing role for 6 months period under Manpower. Candidate who can join immediately will be highly considered for the role.
The Key Responsibilities of the Vendor CoordinatorAdministrator are as follows
Liaise and communicate with suppliers and vendors in the completion of information.
Data entryupdating in the client's internal system.
Coordinate with internal departments with respect to information gathered (ie. Legal, Procurement).
Other administrative duties to support the Procurement Department (ie. Review of expense claims, etc.)
Professional Qualification, Experience and Personal Attributes Required
Must have a minimum Bachelors Degree
3-4 years work experience in or outside of UAE working experience in the field of Procurement will be an advantage.
Excellent MS-Office skills particularly MS-Word and MS-Excel.
Excellent communication skills including fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written) are mandatory.
Excellent coordination and administrative skills.
