The Petroleum Institute, Abu Dhabi celebrated its 10th graduation ceremony on February 10, 2016 at the Emirates Palace Hotel. Out of 232 students of the cohort, 131 were awarded with Bachelor's degree and the Master's degree was bestowed on 101 students.

This year's Middle East Oil and Gas Show (MEOS) 2009, held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, hosted 290 exhibitors from a total of 35 countries.
The Perdido platform is located 200 miles off the coast of the United States in the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido, a joint venture between Shell, BP and Chevron, is the world's deepest oil and gas spar and will produce 130,000 barrels of oil per day when fully operational. The massive spar structure was built in Finland and shipped by barge to the US. This is its journey.
