William E. Roller named Exec. VP of Colfax

Henry E. Roller will oversee pumps and drive global sourcing for Colfax as Executive Vice President.

Colfax Corporation, a US-based provider of fluid-handling solutions for critical applications, announced Wednesday that William E. Roller has been promoted to executive vice president of Colfax Americas. He was most recently senior vice president and general manager of Colfax Americas. In his expanded role, he is responsible for the company’s operations in the Americas, as well as its global oil & gas and Colfax Defence Solutions organisations. His duties also include expanding the two-screw pump business and driving global sourcing.

Roller joined Colfax in 1999, as general manager of Imo Pump. Prior to his tenure with Colfax, he was senior vice president of manufacturing and distribution for Precision Auto Care, from 1997 to 1999. From 1991 to 1997, he served in several increasingly responsible senior manufacturing positions for AMF Industries, including vice president of manufacturing for AMF Reece, and plant manager and product manager for AMF Century International.

Roller holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in chemical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
