The World Refining Association (WRA) plays host to the great and the good of the Middle East’s ever-growing refining industry in Abu Dhabi.

Running in conjunction with ME Downstream Week will be the11th edition of The Middle East Refining Conference, the 4th annual meeting of The Middle East Fuels Symposium and a site Visit to Ruwais to witness the laying of the foundations for Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company’s (Takreer’s) latest state of the art grassroots refinery
